These really suck, I wasn't happy with them at all (and you thought my Light (http://forum.socaleuro.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5163) was bad! :P). I have a couple more scenes in mind, though, so if I have time tomorrow I might try and take some more elsewhere.

First, get the obvious out of the way :p

This window might inspire a feeling of emptiness .. or something ...

It was tough to get a good angle on this shot. As a result, I got the angles totally wrong on this shot. Good in theory, poor in execution.

How about an 'empty' hallway?

All these were taken at the campus library.

I'll post attempt #2 shortly, in case anyone is actually clicking this thread.

Its a beautiful Spring day here in Flagstaff ... i.e. 30 degrees and snowing.

One interesting thing about my campus is that, despite its small size, we have graveyards bordering it on two seperate locations. This one is much larger (I think the largest in town), first time I've gone in it. I didn't explore it much, as my hands were painfully freezing - and for someone who works outside at night all winter, that says something.

Again, less than pleased. But I don't really know much about photography, other than that I like it and I suck at it :p

Hopefully the pics at least match the theme a bit better ... I was listening to Nine Inch Nails 'The Fragile' if that helps set the mood in your mind any better ;)

Lets see if I can make it work so that clicking the image shows its actual size ... they tend to look better small anyway, my 2.0MP isn't good enough quality for high-res shots to be very clear.

I think the shopping cart at the bottom of the stairs is nice. You should've cleaned it out so it was empty. :P

By far, the strongest two photos are the last two. The B & W works wonderfully with the light dusting of snow on the ground. The final pic, with the empty woods behind the headstone, is a great interpretation of the topic.
