Alpine Cd player ... CDA 7893
The CDA-7893 is one of Alpine’s mid-range receivers. It has many of the features of the more expensive receivers that earned Alpine its well-deserved reputation, yet is still very affordably priced. The CDA-7893 is not only an AM/FM receiver and CD player, but can also control additional devices including any of Alpine’s CD changers or an XM Satellite Radio receiver.
The CDA-7893 is designed to work without the need for external amps, and provides four channels of output at 60 watts peak, 27 watts per channel RMS. There are three sets of RCA outputs, and a 4-volt subwoofer pre-out, making it easy to add an external power amp and subwoofer. When you add a subwoofer, it is controlled from the CDA-7893. The CDa-7893 features Alpine’s Bass Engine Plus technology, which boosts bass response, Media Xpander to enhance CD and XM playback, and you can also set delay between front and rear speakers and the crossover frequencies.
CDA-7893 came with a removable face place, which discourages theft. This face plate folds down to allow access to the CD slot, and also has two angle settings so that you can adjust it for easier readability. A remote control is included, so you don’t have to move your glance far away from the road to adjust the settings or change a station or track.
