View Full Version : Where's the cheapest place to get my rear brakes done in San Diego?

I knew they were getting low, but I just hit metal. :eek: I'm currently between jobs, so that's the reason I need them done cheap. If anyone wants to help me do them myself that would be even better. Thanks.

Those should be pretty easy to do.. they are disc brakes no? I did my brother's 2001 A4 1.8t Quattro's rear brake.. as long as you have the disc brake tools, it helps.

I can help you do the rears because i have the disc brake tools, but we would have to schedule a time that we are both free.. lemme know if you still need some help still.

Mintex pads are pretty inexpensive and will get you around town just fine.
