Where do u get ur maintenance done?

I was wonderin where everybody gets thier maintenance done? i hate the stealership charging me 80 bucks for a oil change even if its synthetic thats hella steep.... ne ways if u guys know of any good shops in the 909 or surronding areas thatd be great

id just find a trust worthy lil shop thats local to do basic stuff
aint that hard to do oil changes

like lon said, for basic stuff...small shop.

anything beyond oil and such, i use Renner Motor Sport in Inglewood....they are the only ones that have really ever touched my car for anything beyond basic oil changes et cetera.

we're having a GTG tonight in Riverside @ starbucks off of Tyler/Magnolia tonight around 8:30ish..

Half my 40k service will be performed by Renner Motorsport, as well.
The other half (the easy, requires no qualified eye part of changing air and cabin filters, oil, rotating tires, etc.) will be performed by me.

or you could do your own oil change, its not hard at all

It's also completely clean when you use an oil extractor through the dipstick pipe.

you should keep the events forum updated with the Riverside GTGyea.. we're actually going to have a new location in the corona area. the riverside location is still good. the usual group is around 20 - 35+. i'll try to snap some pictures of the place and hook up a map. keep you posted this weekend. 909/951 area is moving on up to the big deluxe euro-car enthusiast gathering in the skyyiiaa.. :tup:

Learned a valuable lesson that day. If you're going to be working on a car that's ever been in the Northeast, soak the nuts with Liquid Wrench the day before you start working. That was just silly. I'm hoping to get permission from the wife to do another tech day in June or July. I haven't forgot about you.....you're still top of the list.
