well today i just got totaly congratuated to by our big wig bosses infront of every one on this confrence call this morning. I normaly dont do these calls every monday, but i was CC'ed on to the email and was told to join.

I was soo shy and had no clue what to say.. it sound more like "dddadadddaddthanks.."

I've spent more than my fair share of time deciphering software documentation.
I'm not sure I'd use that as an example of clear, coherent writing.
