For the ones with the little tab that kinda wrap around the hose before they crimp them on...

The easiest way to remove them is to push that little tab that the free clamp end hooks onto open with a small screw driver. That will give the end enough play that you can wedge the tip of the screw driver under the free end of the clamp and twist it to pop the end right off the tab and unwrap it.

For the one on top...

You can stick a screwdriver with a small tip inside the crimped part and then twist it. That will open the crimp up enough to pull the hose off.

It can be a pain but its not that bad. Just remember to have new clamps ready as the old ones cannot be reused.

Good luck and welcome to the site!

You can order the clamps and a crimping tool from mscdirect.com if you want to keep that OEM look. They're called Oetiker clamps. I've read that the Oetiker clamps are better than the worm-gear style because they allow for a little bit of hose swelling. And as we all know, room for swelling is a good thing. :P
