Does anybody have an extra ECU w/ letter code LP for 1.8T AWP 5-speed 2003 jetta? Either that, or a temporary swap. My ECU is chipped and i need a stock one to have warranty work done on my tranny. Any help or advice on the right direction will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'd let you use mine, but i doubt Cis-E Motronic will work on your car (1990 Jetta GLI...LOL)

It's not that easy, LP's have Immobilizer 3 (I believe) which requires several codes to activate a new ECU in a car that you can only get by physically taking your car to a dealership and paying around $100 bucks—believe me, I know.
Your best bet is it to switch back to "stock mode" via whatever chip company you have.

My buddy of mine is a tech at a dealership. So its no problem to switch ECUs. But i need a temporary ECU. I promise i'll give it back.
