View Full Version : Where is my SCE merchandise?

Apparently it is near impossible to get a hold of the people who took my money.

I ordered a t-shirt and a set of decals from your store on June 21st. The only thing I recieved was a confirmation from Paypal that you took my money.
I tried to reply to the address on the Paypal account with no avail. I tried to contact you guys through the "Contact Us" icon on the bottom of the page. That just gets me to the Webmaster.
I called the company that sells your items (Cafe blah blah blah) and they don't sell these items for you.

Who has my money? Where is my merchandise? How the hell do I get a hold of them?

How does such a simple transaction become such a pain in the ass?!!!

Can anybody who runs this site shed any light? :(

hmm, i thought most people just got their merch at GTGs.. that's what i do. good luck though!

rofl, sorry man but you need to talk to Lon(bugzy). Shoot him a PM, (he just moved/is moving up to LA) so odds are he has stuff with him to bring to meets up there.

Ugh.... LON!

I'm really sorry about this. He will get your stuff or your money to you. He just seems to flake every once in awhile on the merchandise. Last time I think he was waiting for a new batch of stuff to come in and just neglected to tell the people that had ordered. This time its probably because he is in the process of moving. Its no excuse but thats probably whats going on.

Well, I live in SD and have to take care of my daughter on weekends and evenings. So making it to GTG's in SD is hard to do and LA is way out of question.

I know stuff happens, but some sort of communication is not only appreciated and expected, but a professional courtesy. ;)

And the money isn't that big of a deal. Shit, it was only $20. It is just frustrating to have to jump through a bunch of hoops for something so miniscual.

This wouldn't be the first time someone had problems with an order. Most of the oders do get processed in a timely manner and I'd go as far to say that 80% of our gear is sold at the gtg's. He is in the process of moving and I'm sure everyone of us mods/admins who responded to this thread will make sure you are compensated for your waiting. Can you PM me exactly what you ordered and I will make sure he gets that out to you pronto bro, Manny

I think we need to put a disclaimer on the store that says you may or may not get your stuff whenever we get around to it.

No, not personal, just frustrating. I am sure everyone that runs this place has the greatest intentions.
It's just that when we figured out that the order was lost, I was told "I will ship it out". No timeline or anything. I just need to know when I should expect this stuff in the mail.
That's all I expect, some sort of ETA ;)
