Which boost gauge should I get for my jetta? Vdo or Omori. Vdo is like $50 and Omori is $200. Is there going to be a huge difference other than price?

Only difference is if you get a mechanical or electrical. If you just want something to tell you how much boost your running, then the VDO would work fine. But if your concerned with looks, and the Omori looks like a better option to you, then go for that.
Some people complain of a rattle or buzzing coming from the VDO, I never had a problem with mine.
Some Omori gauges have a boost warning light or max pressure reached memory etc.
It all depends on the function you need it for. Just for boost or if you need all the extra goodies.

Does the Vdo have a close match to the stock interior lights

Depends on the LED you put behind it.
The ones Mike Kim of Pure Motorsports sells are a pretty close match.
Check it out here (http://www.pure-motorsport.com/products/category.php/CA=31/PA=6)
He also sells gauges and is located in Temecula. Cool guy to do buisness with.
