I just recieved a call from our realtor....the house Heidi & I fell in love with is gonna be ours...they accepted our offer and the paperwork has started it's probably small compared to all the houses I've seen being posted here. it's 20 years old, 1900 sqft, 4 bedroom, bonus room, 3 full bath, they did that artsy paint throughout the home, our master bedroom is red...never thought that would look good, but it's kick ass. jakeys room has a blue ceiling with clouds, bannas room is all girly with a desk built into the wall...ahhh man I'm so stoked. the backyard was done up nicely with some sick landscasping and a rock waterfall drops into the jacuzzi which drops into the rock pool..it's all pebble tech bottom...I'll take pix soon.
Found a couple pix from the MLS# not too great of pix and it looks smaller then it actually is. Don't mind the blue front...it's the first and only change the house needs.

you cant see the waterfall into the jacuzzi cause it's turned off in the picture, and the jacuzzi is hidden in the pic. the setup is sick but most of all the garage is airconditioned...Looks like I can bug Mike Kim, Tom, Chris, Potter, and all the DCI heads are closer as well....

Let the games begin!
Get that inspection done asap so that you have time to ask the current owners to fix any problems and confirm that they were fixed. Since there's a pool you should talk to whoever services it, as the inspector will only do a visual inspection of the pool and pumps, etc. And as for insurance, if the company that carries your auto insurance does homes too, you will get your best price having both policies at one place.
