Yes, 3 of them came over and formally apologized, I did ask them Why didn't everybody on the team know what house they were hitting?? They answerd that I fit the description of my next door neighbor, and they couldnt tell if I was him or friends of theirs.

Man, its a trip seeing 10~15 people swarm a house and kick all the shit in, then the police cars start surrounding the area...pretty wild isht. Apparently they have been raided before, they seemed like your everyday next door neighbors...cept for that damn Macaw....anyway...I'm glad that short, balding, sideway hat wearing, big bore gun aiming, don't know what house they hittin, loud mouth yellin duuumass didn't put a hole in my head in front of my family

Ya just never know what lifes gonna toss at ya.......

been there done that twice.....my aunt was dealing dope while living at my parents house without my parents knowing, i guess she had a ring of people running stuff for her, but never did sell it out of my house, but since she lived there, they decided to come in looking for her guns blazing.....my parents gave her another chance, but after the second time, they got smart and booted her.....

I've happened to been in the wrong place at the wrong time twice. Both times the cops swarmmed a car and got out with Carbine Assault Rifles and shit. The last time I was driving and the light turned green and the guy next to me was the "target" and they swarmed and ended up aiming a gun at me and my friend. The guy started yelling "Get the fuck out of here stupid!!!" I've also been pulled over by the Newport Beach Police because they thought we were on drugs and I threatened to kill some bitch because she cut us off. They pulled the car over and surrounded the car with like 7 cops aiming thier guns. That wasn't so bad because I couldn't see it but as they were searching me a cop had his gun on me and that was a trip. I didn't want to move at all for fear he'd let loose.

When a gun was pointed at me, it was by a kid younger than me asking what set I was from.

Its easy to point a gun at someone, it takes alot more to pull the trigger. I've been in that spot a few times but never by a cop.
Manny, I think you have a clear case of mental and emotional distress, possible permanent Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, due to fearing for your life from the people who supposedly protect you, the people you used to trust before this ordeal, People you are now unsure of thier training and capabilites to perform thier job correctly. I belive should seek advice from legal council and should be compensated for said emotional damages and mental damages caused by the party in question.

I think Manny should just forget about it and be happy that they got scum like that out of his neighborhood and away from his family.

Mike, I was pretty distressed yesterday for sure, I havent felt my heart beat like that since the days of running from the cops back in high school. I did fear for my life and shit was running through my head as the dude was yelling with the gun at eye level, but I'm actually just happy nothing happened and that they did apologize. One thing that does bother me is the dude who did all the yelling and aiming wasn't one of the crew that came over to apologize  but yea, it was a weird experience....

They probably thought it would have agitated you more. Or maybe he got shot by your neighbor.

MANASTEEL, I suspect the husband had a part time delivery job....All them peeps had DEA jackets, and the other 10 of them were regular police. Outside their house looks regular, cept for the lime green paint scheme  but inside they have all leather furniture, enormous big screen, top of the line shit for him just being a gas station attendant ;) Not too sure if they found anything but they all had white gloves on and I didnt see them taking out anything from the house. If he is bigtiming it I'm sure he was prepared for a raid at all times. Just sucks that their kids have to go through the kicking down of doors and the house being searched. From what I got in the scuttle butt last night, this wasnt the first raid on that house

I think everyones just glad your ok and one of those agents didn't get trigger happy or beat you with a maglite, but I would definitly file some sort of complaint, maybe yours will be the one to help bring new changes about, you never know. I used to get hassled by the cops all the time when I was a punk ass kid in cruzin my bug around in the hood, but who listens to complaints from punk ass kids?
