sorry about the blurry pic, its 2am in the morning, just got back from watching AVP, great movie btw.
you guys think its repairable? or should i start kissing my credit card and buy a set of new tires?
the tires are 2 years old, michellen pilots, the stock ones that came with the car from the dealer. about 20-30% tread left, about 15-25% in front, should rotate, but looking at this nail...not so sure if i should have this tire up front.

If you are on a budget, Kumho Ecsta 712s are your friend...that or some HANKOOK tires...
If you aren't on a budget then shoot get some BFG KDs or KDWs or Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s!

well if any of ya need a loaner tire/tires with steelies, let me know. Now I'm not talking about using them till the rubbers gone either, just till you buy your sets.
Just imagine paying for 19's?? Thats why I never bought 19" rims, the 18's are killing me, and these tires do NOT last 2 years. Good luck yallz, Manny

I must say I'm really digging my yokohama ES100's they grip like nothing else I've had. and if you go to tire rack they were only 56 each+ shipping...

welp, since im on a budget and most places are closed since its sunday.
i picked up a pair of falkens ze512 for about $105/each, freakin' big O tire wanted $145/each for the same brand and the guys at goodyear didn't have anything in 225/45/17 in stock. evans had the cheapest tire, so i had them rotated the old ones to the back and the new ones up front, also had them balance all 4 tires too...in about 2 weeks i should be able to get the other pair. the interior sounded the same as the stock tires. but in the coming weeks we'll see.
