Yes, the dash will fit. It just needs to be trimmed and mounted. I am nt sure about the type of steering column needed though.
Vortex should have a couple threads at least with the swap in it.

Still have the wheels? What size are the wheels? What kind of rubber is on them? I don't care for the rubber, but I could use the wheels.

It is a lot more difficult then you make it sound. You are looking at ALOT of hours working on such a swap. :tup:
