I just learned that replacing the starter on a RS6 is a 22-hour job!
And to replace one of the four O2 sensors requires, wait for it;
engine and tranny removal. I wonder what that will
do to the pocket book?

WTF was Audi thinking when they built a car that is so hard to service. :confused:

I think you're gonna be finding this across the board, as makers shover bigger engines in smaller cars.

All the new fancy computer modeling lets them design the parts to fit in the tightest spaces.

Benz C43 motors require lowering the motor to reach the back spark plugs. 16 plugs in all (2 plugs per cyl), at $10ea for platinum. Have fun changing those.

that whoever can afford an rs6 can afford expensive repairs :ha:
