Not as much torque as I would of though for 8 liters and over 500 hp. Looks better than the regular 5 series but I still like the old model looks better

I dunno, I like them. I am trying to talk my dad into getting one.

He has a S55 AMG now...

I think he needs to join the bimmer family... that and let me trade bimmers with him from time to time. :smokem:

I knew they were planning a V-10 ala Formula 1 for some time but whao! 8 liters in a European car?

Watch out Dodge Viper!!!

Nice Pontiac Grand Am.

M3 is still the best looking Beemer.

I knew I had read that it was a 5.0L V10 with 7-speed SMG gear box, that's why when someone mentioned that it was an 8.0L, I was like WHAO! I really don't think BMW or any car company outside of Dodge/Chevy/Ford would ever consider an engine with or larger than 8 liters...well maybe Lamborghini or Mercedes but it's still atypical. Anyway, the new M5 is a nice car indeed...too bad many of us including myself will not be able to afford it :( ..oh well

Fast and ugly. I'll wait for the M6.
