TINT in SD *please*

I know this has been covered a bit but I'm havn't allil trouble

both Tint Devil and Diamond Glass want $250 to do my GTI...... Alvin O doesn't answer his phone..... I'm trying to do this for like $175...... Where can I go and get quality work for non crazy prices I see on here that alot of people are getting thier cars done for ~$150-$200

Help would be great! Thanks
