NGK BKR7E like the others have said. Gap to .028 since youre chipped and have hella mods. I have ordered mine from the mazda site for like 12 bucks shipped and it comes pretty quick. I highly recommend em!

What disadvantages are seen using the multi-grounded plugs like the Bosch stock plugs that came with the 1.8t's.. or the NGK BKUR6ET ?
I've been running Autolite Single Plat AP3923's for over 25k miles with no problems whatsoever.
I gave the overpriced Iridiums (Denso IK20 w/ .040" and .032" gaps) a try before that and experienced misfiring at high boost (16psi+).
It's probably time to change the plugs again... maybe staying with the Autolites ... or maybe going back to the multi-ground NGK's ... doing a bit more research again.

i use autolites 3923's. don't go a heat range colder though, it's not necessary unless you have a turbo upgrade. i gapped mine at .028 and they work well.

I'd like to know too. But what ive learned is the copper plugs are the best, however, they only last between 5-7k miles. You have to replace them everytime you do an oil change.
If anyone knows, please chime in.
