As some of you know....I recently aquired new neighbors.

This ...for the lack of a better term...drug ridden crackhead of a bitch.....has no control over her two kids....nor her 2 dogs...nor her 3 cats....and i doubt for the rest of the menagerie held within.

to be clear....i live in adjoining condos.

She has been pounding on the walls since midnight........hammer who the fuck knows what.

She is a complete annoyance on my life....including my sleep (because i rarely get more than 3 hours a night)....my "personal relations"...and there is NO way I can study at home.

I am about 85% sure she is on some kind of drugs. She is awake more than me...and her teeth are brown. She sits on her back patio and coughs at all hours of the night.....HACK HACK HACK!!!!!

Her husband is in the military....but I don't know what branch right off hand if that can have any course of action.

I need to know what to do. Legally. I want her pressured out NOW!

you can contact your home owners association ...im sure the condo has some sort of rules in regards to noise levels.. Normally they will send her a letter and possibly even a fine. Try that out before you call the Fuzz its a good idea to have it reported just in case there are other legal issues arising from her being a pita neighbor

also, if she is making noise late at night, call the cops for disturbing the peace. the other thing to find out is if she owns or rents. if shes renting, call you HOA and have them inform the landlord. just keep piling the complaints on! in the mean time, buy some ear plugs!

HOA sucks but call them. Im sure they rent since they are a military family. Read up on your CCR's. Im sure it says something about controlling your dogs and no noise after a certain time.

if the dogs are wild, simply call animal control. "Hi, yes, there are these 2 dogs roaming wild in my complex and they are rather aggressive". Works well.

If you give them an address of where the dogs live, they can send them a complaint. Our local deputies can visit her too.

Thats why I bought a house and got out of the Condo living crap. It took us (the whole association) 6 months to get rid of a loser. GL!

I just went through the same thing, they would have loud ass parties till 3AM, which is fine if you live in a house and its the weekend, but not on wednesday in a townhouse, he would beat her up, fights, 9 yearold brat kid that runs on the floor at midnight in what would sound like snowshoes!

HOA can't really do anything, I just kept calling the police, they couldn't really do anything either, one night they were blowing stuff up with M80's at around 1AM, I went over to ask them what they hell they were doing, and one of them through a beer bottle at me, I invite him down off of his balcony to settle this once and for all and he just yells at me and tells me to move, call cops, they do nothing.

I was preparing to do less judicial things, when the guy got arrested for some mayjor drug issue and she couldn't afford to keep the house and had to sell.

So wait it out or..................................

invite a friend over who is a cop and scare them

use liquid nails and put a bead around their doors at night and lock them in their house

glue in the locks

flat tires on the car

shut off their electrical main and put a padlock on the box.

take them to small claims court for damages, this will let them know your serious, this works very well if you can get the neighbor who lives on the other side of them to join in with you, loss of sleep, "nuisance" is illegal, its effecting you job and income, you could get them for a judgment of $$$ or atleast a court order for them to be quiet.

hold a really loud ass party and give them a dose of their own medicine

I found out what day my neighbor was moving out, and the night before, I purposefully watched "Full metal jacket" with my surround sound cranked, and played Grand theft auto into the wee hours to ensure they didn't get any sleep before moving day.

The animal control and child protection are good routes. Calling the cops is kind of "meh" since you might be identified as the caller.

I had some tweaker neighbors in Louisiana. Bare knuckle boxing is not something a sane person would do at 6AM Sunday morning. (They had trainers, a referee, and girls cheering them on.)

My roommate and I discovered that the attic didn't have a wall between our apartment and theirs. We bought 4 alarm clocks and placed them in various places in the ceiling and set them to go off in random intervals. Three days later, they moved out and lost a ton of money. :D
