A DWP employee did. No names, but someone's probably fired.

Power's back, but traffic will be affected throughout the day -- I figure my 1 hour bus ride just became 2.

My Wife's a school teacher in So. Central, and said there were LAPD everywhere, and on tactical alert. Quite a coincidence since just yesterday al Qaeda released another tape mentioning LA.. Even made the national news...

Actually, I work for LA DWP. The guy won't be fired. A Civil Service Employee. May get a couple of days off, but that would be about it. He should be fired.
