Need Info On S 500 ... What should i do 1st?

my bro-in-law jsut got an s500 2005 and wants me to work on it.. but i'm not sure what i should do 1st....

Rims/Tires - but that also means suspension ?

Or Vertical Doors and Body Kit (WALD) ?

i'm leaning toward the vertical door route cause im in love with those...

the car is bright silver and i'm thinkin about making the taillights black and going with black rims**** however i never seen that alooq on a silver car.. but he loves black rims*

so not sure what i want to do with the wheels yet... but i think black rims might looq stupid... so probably going to do aluminum polished ... n e way .. i need some advice.* thanx

if you MUST do something, a set of nice wheels (ie NOT chrome). don't fuck with the suspension, there are SEVERAL very, very, very, very highly-paid german dudes who designed it....they knew what they were doing, trust me.

don't fuck with the exhaust unless you go AMG. Again, engineers designed it...they also knew what they were doing.

I like the Graphite finish on the Maya's. Also if you do go with a kit I would go Lorniser or Brabus. You can't go wrong with either of those brands but I would stay away from LSD's on a four door car.

HRE is played out... the maya wheels is actually a bad ass wheel... i have the 3pc STM's on my m3 ..ad they are super light with mad lip .

so i'm going to go with the maya wheels 100% i love them.. and they are good for the $ about 5k for a set.

i'm scared the car will look 4x4 without a suspension ..but i'll see how it goes...

if youve got alot of money then why dont you go for a custom abs/carbon fiber kit. draw it out sexify it and keep the styling strong and subtle the way its meant to be.

Throw away the wheels and brakes, put on the brakes from an 86 380SL, and put on some gold 13" Daytons... make sure you go front&back, side-to-side on the suspension. Then throw some NWA on the Alpine and let it play. Suuuuuuup

S 500s are equipped with the Airmatic air suspension system...you can lower it a certain amount...

And why do you think people buy HRE and NOT Maya? Because Maya is awesome? No. If I had my choice, I would get Fikse wheels without blinking.

And if you think spending $5k on a set of wheels is a sound way to spend money, think again. This thread sucks. :tdown:
