i got it for $375k...its in carlsbad, off of palomar airport road and el camino. they just finished building it this year. i am currently in escrow. i should have the keys by the end of this month or some time in october.

im thinking, painting before moving in, a neutral color or something...granite counter tops, wood flooring (bamboo), big screen, home theater...yeah right, if i had the money...lol!!!

Well, $375 for a home on land you dont actually own plus on top of the house payment, your paying a comunist group of people to tell you how to live, (IE, HOA.) where to park, what blinds you can have, cant wash your own car in your own driveway sort of shit..........

Im just biased, BTDT and have now owned my own home for 5 years. Im so free. ;)

is that the area near Palomar Airport Rd and El Camino Ruiz? if so, they put that shit up QUICK!

Enjoy man, in 5 years you sell this thing for way more than what you paid for it and get yourself a house!

Congrats Art! That place looks nice... and nice area, too.

If you don't mind me asking, what are the HOA dues? And what do they include? We've got a condo and our HOA is $298/mo, but you don't get much for your money...

Thanks!!!

Party at your place!!! :D

Planning on working @ Rockstar permanently? You can practically walk there now. And if the roads are still as bad in that stretch as when I left a month ago, I sure as heck wouldn't be driving to work.
