i was thinking main divide road because the water tends to puddle up in certain mud areas and makes for a fun, slippy time....

azusa is cool i hear, but kinda far for me.....

What kind of Jeep do you have?

I haven't taken my ZJ out for a while, but it won't be this week/weekend.

It needs to get out an play though... been sitting parked for too long.

ionno...probably gonna hit up main divide (off ortega) in the afternoon since it's not too far and has many side-trails and it's pretty moderate....here's a few pics of that trail (sans the water):

well, those are the jeep trails up that way ;)

there are more tame roads (a lot of them paved) are in that area as well (more for your 4000), but i never really go there since my jeep can crawl ;)


if you are coming from OC, it's a right at South Main Divide Road (they actually put sign up recently) at the summit just past the village and fire station....then down about 5 miles of paved road toward the OHV park (it's a pretty awsome dirtbike/quad park, actually...ever been?)

damn i work untill 5:30. ooh well my ranger wouldnt keep up out there. but hey if you guys find a a large flat plot of ground thats wet. i could screw around in the mud for hours. (drifting, doughnuts, anything else you want to try but are too afraid to try on blacktop) or you know a public park somewhere. the local community footbal field ~_~
