I am gonna be leaving to Seattle for business tomorrow morning for the week. Any of you been there? Any suggestions of where to hang out? I was thinking of catching a mariner's game either tomorrow or wednesday night. But I have four other afternoons to fill in.

Belltown Billiards....small dance floor...lots of pool tables.....lots of girls. ;) (met a few in the past)

if you like video games...they have that one place downtown...awesome huge arcade.

if you like Phillie cheesesteak sandwiches...I love this place....a "tad" ghetto....but the food is great! I cant remember the name of the place right off...but i'll try to find it. It's more toward Federal Way.

Mario...I had better "clams" at Belltown. ;)

yeah they have a gameworks not too far from the end of the monorail, opposite end of the space needle, go tour the under ground city in pioneer square for sure though. Some cool jazz bars here and there. Jimi Hendrix's grave is at the topp of Queen anne hill...........double check though. All public transit in down town is free too.

there's tons of great breweries in the NW, so be sure to hit up a few local bars and ask for some local microbrew.

here's a quick list:

don't forget to visit Bruce Lee's grave either.

goto Capitol Hill and look for a place called Dick's it's on Broadway (the place from the Sir Mixalot Song) great burgers.

i dont think the sounders are around anymore.

definately goto the waterfront and check it out (that's where the Ivar's you'll want to goto is. Pike Place Market is okay, but if you've never been there it's definately something you want to miss. the fish market is the main attraction at pike place market.

while your at the waterfront check out the seattle aquarium, Ye Ole Curiosity shop, for night life goto pioneer square. the space needle is cool, but pass on the resturaunt, it's over priced and not very good, it's only claim to fame is it spins.

if you into live music check out sub pop records they will have flyers for shows. if you skateboard i know tons of places to go.
if you dont want to spend all your time in Seattle there are lots of places you can check out.
you can take a drive to Paradise on Mt. Rainier. or you can drive down to Mt. St.Helens

too bad Tacoma doesn't have thier hockey team any more...the Sabercats were the best in the league for a while (they always kicked the crap out of the San Diego Gulls)

i have live my whole life up there so i know a ton of places and things to do.....

Bruce Lee is buried in a cemetary there. You could stop by and pay some respects if you're into that sort of stuff. There's also this "Tour of the Underground" that I thought was pretty neat.
