OMG, I'm so excited! After sitting out last season, I'm SO ready to head out this year... now I just need to get Rob out there with me; and a "real" 4x4 to roll in ;)

I'm ready! Haven't gone in a couple years. I got the 200 now, perfect mountain car! 4 people plus gear and boards, heted seats, quattro and snow tires!

i think i can get a cabin up there for pretty cheap through the military, me and a few friends were looking to get one for like a week to just drink and board (i'm not very good so i'll be drinking more than boarding)

does mammoth have military cabins? i know big bear does (like $80 for a 2 bedroom!)... i always get screwed on reservations though since i'm DOD.

DOD? like a dependent? haha! i'm gonna call ITT today and check and see.. if it is only at big bear would anybody be interested, we could get few 2 bd and bring plenty of sleeping bags! ;)

DOD as in Department of Defense Civilian (I was a dependent back in the day). I could also go through my Dad, who is a DOD Civ and Retiree (retiree's get better reservations than DOD).
