Waaaay too soon to get a venue and all the required security and such. Springtime is the soonest unfortunately.

November is out because of Sema, all vendors will be busy and not be able or care to attend our event so close to it. So December is possible, then venue scheduling and well holidays... basically early spring is what we're going to shoot for. :D

nothing will happen during Oct, Nov because of SEMA
then December can be tricky cuz of holiday
so basically leaves Spring

When we know whats going on, we'll let everyone know. This is going to be another Socal vs Norcal so this will be a pretty big one.

Suggestion - have a $1 recomended donation to go towards a charity. 5-600 cars x $1 per car (with some people donating more) = a quick way to make a few bucks for a good cause.

Not yet...
Latest updates is that we are negotiating with one venue but looking into 2 others.
As soon as we have a venue, that will determine the exact date and then you can expect to see a bunch of info :tup:

just for people's knowledge, Hooters will not be used for Big GTG for awhile or possibly never
reason is, the owners have sold the hooters and front side of the parking area ... they are building a retail area in that parking area, therefore, the main structure will be used for normal parking now
we will not be allowed to use the parking structure for large events

Keep waiting. That would be one hell of a trick if we could pull that off and still keep it free.

I'm still waiting on a SCE GTG with a track event. Obviously people would have to pay if they wanted to get in on the track side of things.

What type of track event? We have our own little gtg/drag racing everytime Fontana is open for street legals. Seems to be getting a little bigger each time.
