i went with my buddy yesterday and looked at the tiberon (hyundai) and in my opinion, they arent too bad considering what they are offering for @ 21k (6speed, sport bucket seats---similar to my recaros:tup: , v6 and a bunch of other features)....my buddy seems set on picking one up.......he is fed up with his honda----its been broken in to 5 times within the last 5 months!!!! and the car is only lowered with a decent set of wheels

Ok for the price steer him into a 2002 SAAB Viggen!!!

I test drove the Tiburon and I was not impressed with the power output, handling or fit and finish for the car. The warranty is good but you will need it when you are done.

There are alot of other cars your buddy can look at for less than 21K that will be much more rewarding.

I had---had a 2003 tiburon. I loved it. Had all the tuscani badges on it, even on the rims. Car was lowered, exhaust, tuscani front strut bar, bunch of stuff. The car handled okay, but I ended up flipping it over around a hairpin corner while doing a canyon drive. Had the car for only 4 months. I liked the tiburon back then because not very many people had them, and There were all ways people looking or standing next to my car while I parked it in the parking lot- esp. with the tuscani badging, no on knew what it was back then.. These day---they probably would know. I would post pics of it, but they are not hosted anywhere. Hit me up on my e-mail, I will send picsl
