my friend from High school had a white R34 right hand drive about 2 years ago

he's got a white STI now that use to regularly come out to AWjunkies meets

damn, weird. From what I understand its hard as hell to get cars like that in the US, wonder how they did it?

Years ago (like seven I think) my friend and I were sitting in traffic downtown SD, and there was a RHD Evo VI next to us, had "world rally champion" on the back wing ... we were both like :eek: daaamn!
First I'd ever heard/seen of that car.

motorex lost their liscense about a year and a half ago...

there are around 20 - 25 skylines in socal. Sun's brother still has his, there's a guy named Ed who owns a shop called Driftech in SD somewhere, he's got 2, RB Motoring has 4 or 5 right now, Toshi who's the President of Apex USA has an R34, I know f an R33 that's being built as a full drift car, there are several others running around.

Is it a whte STi with white Advan's RC-II's (I think that's what they're called). I belive he also has a JDM celica, and I remember he had a white R34 as well. Can't remember his name but the cars are all parked by my (as of Saturday) in-law's house in Del Mar. :smokem:

Its not too hard just very exspensive. There is a place in Seattle that does it too. They have a bunch of silvia's and type R hatchback's. The fact that getting it directly into california is what probley make it hard to do. Plus the fact that you cant register it as a daily you have st do a showcar regs, making it only leagal to drive a limited amount of times.
