Everyone who has enjoyed the service at Hoehn Audi, Rob Cook has left. I am now extremly worried since he was the only decent service rep in California. :bs:

Although I admit, Keyes has really good service. But Miramar and Downtown can suck my left nut. They cant fix anything without braking something else.

i'm trying to whip miramar into shape! since their is no real benefit for me to go up to hoehn at this point, plus the fact that i live 2 minutes away from miramar. reuben at miramar has been pretty good. they are getting a lot more responsive and i've been getting some sweet loaner cars lately. 2 brand new A6's and a new 3.0 A4. better than the civics from hoehn! lol

They would have to make a major change, I also live 2 minutes from Miramar. But I will not risk my satanic little child to a bunch of idiots. They broke the trannie in my last car and blamed it on me. MORONS! A little water got in the brain of my brothers car and freaked out. They said it had to be replaced, all it needed was to be cleaned. Now the car runs better than ever. MORONS! If they can charge you for it they will, and they treat you like SH*T. Attitude is everything!

I wrote a letter commending Robert for all of the work he has put in on all of my cars. I expressed concern that I might not get the same level of service from other advisors. I basically wanted a soft promise of excellence.

I think Hoehn still has the been service overall. But Robert made the experience even better.

Agreed, their head mechanic is awesome. He has taken care of me first hand time after time, and he really knows his stuff. But for some strange reason I cant remember his name.

Just stay away from Circle what ever you do. They have the worst cusomter service ever. When I had my GTI they told me they couldn't work on it because I had an exhaust on it.

Same w/ Ruznak in Pasadena.

If you want good service AFTER your warrantee has expired and you live in L.A., the best service hands down is Ingolstadt West in Canoga Park. I'm not knocking other shops. Once you go to IW you never look elsewhere. They've got Mike Rooney there (Audi master tech and also a Quattro Club mag contributor). This guy knows his Audi's. He even got contracted by Audi AG to do dev work here in the states in the late 80's. And it doesn't hurt he's a very cool guy. Plus, they're the APR auth dealer in L.A. and they install every kind of aftermarket equipment. Last time I was there they had just put a PES SC in a 2.8 A6.

Thanks.. I'll keep that in mind. But Canoga park is no where near OC. I think we OC folks are pretty screwed. I when to Pacific simply because it's close to work.

Yup. Brand new. Only about 2 months old or something. I met 1 guy that works there, and another guy RobertZ on the forum works there too.

I am here at Audi Mission Viejo, Internet Sales is my current gig, hoping to get into finance.

The service dept here is growing. At the beginning of July we had 4 techs, now have about 9. Service hours are 7am to 7pm M-F, Sat 8am to 5pm.

The store opened June 3, 2004.

I absolutely abhor the customer service at the Santa Ana Audi. I took my car in for it's 10,000 there and swore I'd never go back but had a dead battery today (???? my car only has 16,000 miles!) and had to get it towed there. They were completely patronizing and had to check to make sure my engine really didn't turn over and then asked if I had an appointment??? yes, I scheduled a breakdown. They will give you a one way ride in their shuttle but won't pick you up to take you back to the dealer???

Next time, I'll try Mission Viejo.

In the meantime, can anyone recommend someone to do some bodywork? Just a small dent and scratch. It's a silver 2002 TT.

Couple good shops, in the OC area ... check the links page, http://www.socaleuro.com/index.php?page=links

I would recommend Wetworks Garage or MobWorks.

If you are in south OC, go to Freeway Auto Restoration in San Clemente. These guys put my old Cactus Green A4 back together and the color match was amazing! And that green pearly paint is way hard to match!
They currently have my UrQuattro in for small dent and they will be painting my CF hood for The S4 (Nogaro, another hard to match color)
