Im sure he means Safety Airbags, a lot of cars only had a driver side airbags, so he probably means driver and passenger airbags.

I'm not so sure ... tire and rim are written in singular form, so that's all one gets, I suppose.

Lifted a whole 1.5 inches!

Maybe the 'problem' is fitting 30" tires with virtually no lift?
