I have the 4th gen BCS with the calibration knob on the back. So i was trying to calibrate my BCS today and all i could get were spikes of high psi then droping down to 7 or 8 psi. I tried going from full (100) to min (0) little by little and no change still got the same spikes. The only time it held anything higher that stock was on the freeway, floored it in 5th gear going 70mph it held 12psi at about the 50 mark on the calibrator. Anybody with some know how with this help a fellow dubster out! :smokem:

Sounds like you're going into Limp mode. If you add any boost controller and don't mod the ECU you will throw a code every time you go above 12 psi.

Also (Icould be wrong but don't think so) but if you add a boost controller all you are adjusting is the Boost. Which means you are adding more air and no more fuel. Which means over time means bad for engine.
