I'm surprised that more people don't restore 320i's. There used to be sooo many of them around. Every once in a while I'll see a beat one that used to be something about 20 years ago. Great cars.

^^ Isetta .. I saw one of those at a car show as a kid, couldn't believe it was a BMW.

My parents were going to buy one of these before I was born, but decided to put a downpayment on a house instead:

I'll admit, I'm not a big classics fan. Sure, I can appreciate history .. but for the most part I'd never want one.

but would I rock an old benz? you know it.

That 3.0cs is a bitchin ride there is a doctor in Pedro that restores vintage BMW's for a hobby he employs a few guys just to do resto jobs for his doctor friends but is well connected to all the pick a parts and gets first dibs on all vintage stuff that hits the wrecking yards. I have bought parts from him before for my 635 and 633csi's he always has hard to find parts and awesome race resto's in his shop.
Makes me miss my old 6'r:(.

my ALLTIME favorite VW model. There needs to be more of these, and if I didn't have to drive all over the palce, I'd trade in my Audi to work on one of these :)

this is the car that made my father hate Audis for 30 years ... he likes VW since I got mine, but still thinks Audi is bad quality :D
