have you checked pep boys......ive found tools there i couldnt find elsewhere......if you get a deep offset box end wrench----you might have to grind it a little bit to make it fit better-----i know i had to

Sears, napa, etc. You'll probably need a deep socket and an impact gun to break that sucker free otherwise the strut will just spin...

That top one, you make.
Take a standard 22mm socket and grind down the sides so you can slip a wrench on it.

The second one is made by stahlwille tools. They're tough to find.

A 5/16" (9/16 maybe, can't remember and I'm too lazy to run to the garage) deep spark plug socket with a square end will work. You may have to drill out the 1/2" a bit to get the allen key through...

-10!

These will cause the shock shaft to spin. If you're removing old struts, fine, damage them before removing them.
If you're putting in new struts, DON'T!. You'll risk damaging the piston, as the shock shaft will spin. And you're not guaranteed that the nut will even be tight. You have absolutely no way of knowing how tight that nut is.

Use the tools you pictured as you can put a torque wrench on that socket.
