I found these old pics of my dad racing his bug at the old "bugin's" right before i was born. (i was boen in 1980) His is the brown one with the stinger. all thats on the back of the pics is 1600c. Vw's run in the family :)

wow, how cool, I have a oic of me in like 1982 trying to help my dad and uncle do a 40HP clutch, I will post it here when I find it

My girl has been trying to find a pic she has seen years ago of her in diapers lying under her dads bug while he works on it. Their feet are the only thing showing. So far no luck

Nice .. wonder if my parents have any old pics of my dad's audi 100ls, or my grandfather's beetle ... he'd drive it to work even in chicago snowstorms!
