On my MKII gti i wanna go with a single wiper conversion. Any suggestions on what wiper motor to go with to get the best coverage? I heard a Scirocco wiper motor is ok, but i dunno. Already have the second hole taken care of so it looks clean.

there are three ways you can do it....
1. you can modify your existing system by lengthening the arm on the motor and deleting the rest of the linkage
2. you can use a MkI scirocco linkage with your factory motor
3. you can buy an after setup and bolt your stock motor to it.
i have a Bonrath on mine and its comes with the straightened wiper arm

i would pull the arm and goto a junkyard and see if i could find one that is longer. i can check mine and tell you how long it is.
mine does about a 170 degree sweep
