Will Ghl Downpipe Cause Cel's

I was at this ricer shop today to see if they could get me a cheaper price on a 2.5 GHL dp and the guy there told me go with nuespeed the half dp one where you weld it to the stock cat. becuz if i go with anything eles i will throw cels like crazy and my car will run like sh!t. is there any truth to this?

There is some truth in what they are saying. You might throw codes. I don't think your car will run like shit as they told you. You're car should run pretty good with the full DP + cat compared to just the piece neuspeed replaces. Codes can be cleared.

Some manufacturers designs are more prone to throwing a code than others and certain combinations of mods can affect this as well. Hopefully someone with a GHL can jump in here and give you some firsthand experience.
