Just finished changing my 020 transmission last week, finished it up in about 10 hours. It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be, not saying it was easy, but definitely not impossible. The tranny I used works perfectly used new gear oil, new ZF Sachs throw-out bearing, and a new tranny end cap ( I wasn't able to save the old one lol). The original clutch was totally gone, the flywheel and pressure plate look good, but may need resurfacing either way I changed them as well.
