Does anyone know anybody in the SD area that does custom seat bases. I want to get educated before I buy seats that wont work.

Sooo... Got the new tires on the front wheels, only issue now, it that the bolt on the upper control arm is rubbing the rubber away on the tire. Besides getting smaller tires or getting spacers and rolling the fenders, in which I'm not 100% against, is there any way to fix this? This is...
