does anyone know if you will pass a smog test with a rear muffler delete? im assuming you wont. I need to get my car smogged soon and am wanting to do the rear muffler delete. Ill probably just end up doing the delete after smog. also, how often do you have to smog your car...every 2 years?

I've just changed my oil. In the manual, it only tells me how to reset mileage interval indicator for my oil changes/miles/etc. My main gripe is the "Service Due!" light. Any ideas on how I can do this myself without having to go to the dealership?

I drove home from irvine tonight in my 04 A4 1.8.. I got to Encinitas and noticed my temp gauge needle was still at cold. Right when I got near La Jolla it jumped up to the middle normal level.. So what do you guys think? Is my thermostat going bad or stuck open or is it a sensor?
