FS:BlackWidow radar jammer/scrambler

A few questions are holding me back on purchasing it; the website was a little vage, so hopefully you could help.

The website says:

Radar: When the Black Widow receives the radar signal, it mixes the signal with an FM chirp than reflects it back to the radar where the added chirp confuses the computer inside the radar gun.

and

Laser: The Black Widow transmits a modulated infrared beam that confuses the computer in Lidar units up to the maximum range of the gun making your vehicle invisible to the laser gun.

The picture on the website shows the police gun displaying "0" as the cars speed, does it do that or produce a random number, or do you know what exactly happens with that; becuase I would assume if a cop saw "0" when hes blatenatly pointing the gun at a car, that would be a little suspicious.
And there are 3 pieces; one for the front back and inside. Is it a possibility to install the main control unit to be hidden if a cop would ever happen to look/search inside the car.

To tell you the truth, i have no idea man... I have never used this unit or anything like it... Just got this from a friend, and he never used it either... He was supposed to use it on the 1st cannonball run, but never installed it. Moved away, and told me to to whatever i wanted with it. I need money, so im selling it.

But it will be alot more expensive than 100 buks.
