    "Quote from antrim the owner"

Well kids... I have had the car for around ten years now and need to sell!!! The car was re-sprayed by a friend of mine (pro) around six years ago and is showing a few signs of wear (normal wear and tear) WE removed all of the windows and filled all marker and badge holes... body is clean and straight... the odometer is probably the third one I have put in the car..... due to them breaking often; so the actual milage on the car is a mute point.
The motor was a full build about two and a half years ago, but the last year I have not driven the car much at all, just enough to keep it running and change the oil...

motor: 2.0 ABA W/ ported big valve head... flow sheet to prove it!! knock box w/ custom distributer no spacer or adapter needed!
suspension: bilstiens w/ eibach springs.... lower stress bar/brace in place
Brakes: four wheel discs, full 16v setup, booster m.c. etc.....
Interior is clean enough, drivers seat is electric recarro ergo 2 model, A2 center consol, headliner is 3 years old, passenger seat has tare in bottom cushion

The car just needs some t.l.c. small issues here and there , just like most MK1's I have just replaced both front wheel bearings and all suspension bushings in the front, right side A-arm is new and I also have the left... just did not replace
Basically pick up the phone and call! because I am too busy to check this post every day sorry I dont have more pics to post if interested please call and come see it in person!! sorry I can not reply to this post often so it is best to call

mileage on car i believe is 225,000. But he built the motor a couple years ago top to bottom! If I we're you, I would call him and ask him for the complete down low. He does not have the interweb so i am doing the best i can from memory.

    Re: 1983 vw gti

This is a great little car. I have known Antrim and this car for over 10 years. This car and his passion for VWs got me into dubs myself.

You have to see this car to appreciate it. The Porsche Silver he used looks hot

It was on craigslist for a while. But I am sure all of you can understand that there are not many people looking to buy a 23 year old car, unless of course you're one of us sick bastards (dubber)! Besides, craigslist brought many flakes. All of them wanted it, but no one could come up with the cash

Ask him if he's interested in a straight trade for 5 polished A8L Monoblocks, fully polished, 4 of them have brand new rubber on them.

I am in a tough spot and have to sell my car and my toyota pickup in order to buy somthin newer for work.
