I had to add in my option even though you know my opinion on this.
The only real tool I have that is cordless is my drill.
Everything else I'd be using somewhere that a cord is readily available and wouldnt really be in the way. Why screw with batteries if you don't get anything from them?This signature intentionally left blank.

I love Dewalt cordless, but sometimes the corded Maquita is needed for drilling holes to mount roll cages and bull bars to Land Cruisers

I use a cordless drill and have used a bunch of other cordless tools that my dad has. You can't beat the power of a corded circular saw or reciporcating saw in my opinion. Alo the longevity is nice as well.
