Radiator, oil pan, FMIC, air bags, and bumpers are 100% for sure replace. Next step is to find out how bad the damage to the engine is and the sub frame. The suspension is actually good. The damage could've been worse, the skid plate took the majority of the force. However, the 1/4 thick skid plate now has a hole in it, so it was a quite an impact..

Doesnt look like a dangerous corner for FWD cars. Looks more like you went into it too fast.

Yup... too fast :[ I was following an S4 and went in the same speed, but my car couldn't handle it as the S4 could :[

Yeah, your car is likely totaled. You probably don't want a lecture right now, but this is reason number one I no long go on cruises or canyon runs. The only place balls out driving belongs is on a track. The price of a track day is probably half of your deductible. It could have been a lot worse though.

My dad came with his dump truck and a flat rack and we took it back to his yard. It was part of my dad's insurance plan and he doesn't think it's a good idea to file claim because the police report claims driver error. Derek's parents. Weren't too sure on if it is a S4 or not, but it's a wagon and it's got quattro... Derek and Johnny both took it faster than I, but then again they're cars are a lot better suited for turning. People on TDIclub have told me it wouldn't have happened with sway bars :[

Yeah, my back hurt pretty bad afterward, but it's going away now. I think it's just sore. Just got back from my dad's, was checking out the damage and took some pics. He seems pretty positive about it, thinking it can be repaired, but then again he's drunk right now.
