    Painting my car

Yesterday morning I went out side to warm up the dub and I noticed something different about my car.

Turns out some punk asses decided to throw baby blue paint on it. It was all over the roof and right side of my car. Luckly it was raining around the time they threw it so some of it washed off but most of it stayed.

called the cops to come out and write a report and then took it to wash it. 180 bucks later it was clean as new. There was no perm damage done to it thankfully.

They are the dummest people alive because they used the same paint that they just painted their room with. They were two of my former bestfriends.

I will put some more pics up later.

If it were me, a few years ago I would have knocked their teeth in. Now, I let the justice system do my dirty work and keep the law off my and my hands clean. I don't think you got all the paint out. You may need to take it back and have another detail done. Anything over $400 IIRC is Felony vandalism with upto one year in county, 3 in state, and upto a $10K dollar fine.................... thats better then anything else you could do to them.

    Re: Painting my car

luckily, all paint in the state of california has to be water based, so you really got lucky with that. Definitely get another detail done to make sure you got it all off. It should be clayed, and with any clay, it needs to be re-waxed properly. If you got all that for $180, I need the name of your guy

It was waxed & clayed.. Its shiny now. Also had to get the engine bay cleaned too since there was a lot of run off.
