Picked up a new ride

I figured it's about time I get my arse in shape and also I was scolded by my doctor for my cholesterol being too high. I didn't need anything too crazy and didn't want to spend a lot of money so I ended up with a Giant Rapid 3, not a bad bike for the money. I was debating between a mountain bike and a road bike and I ended up with this.

Yeah it's a pretty nice bike as it sits but I want to upgrade the tires and put a better seat on it.

This is more of a road/fitness bike. I've went on a few rides but for a short distance. I need to start out slow since my arse is so out of shape.

Yeah I'm not sure if I'd want to take it off road, it rides pretty rough on the street. Nope no adventures stories as of yet.
