Exhaust tips. Advice needed.

I'm looking for some advice. Currently I have an 2.5" APR DP to a Techtonics Tuning cat-back w/ a Flowmaster muffler. I bought the cat-back used, it didn't have a muffler on it, I think it was basically free. Anyway, I had the catback and muffler put on by Andy at American Muffler. The muffler didn't have tips on it, obviously, so he used some he said he had from another GTI. They're some god awful, up-turned, protruding tips. I mean, they don't look extremely bad, but they're an eyesore to me.

I'm trying to figure out my options. I don't want to spend $100 for a tip either. I saw these on ECS (http://www.ecstuning.com/Volkswagen-...OEM/ES2143309/) but I don't know if that'll work for a single pipe or if it will look good.

They're Audi TT tips. I got them from ECSTuning.com for around $10, marked down from $80 or so. I'm satisfied.
