Ortiz admitted he was wrong for the head butt, he apologized and acknowledged the mistake. But for Mayweather to go after him when he clearly wasn't paying attention is just as pathetic.

Mayweather is lame anyway. That's why he won't fight Pacquiao and has continually tried to accuse him of using drugs and make him do additional testing that is not part of the boxing commissions routine. It's all an attempt to not ruin his record. He doesn't want that loss. He should just retire instead of taking easier fights for himself and being a jackass in the media while avoiding Pacman.
