B5 Throttle Body question

Hey,

I decided to take a look at my TB and this is what I found. The hose leading to the TP had some sort of moisture in it, wasn’t super black but pretty greasy.

After inspecting the right side of the TB I noticed it was "clean" but after sticking my finger past the TB plate this is what I got

Same oily substance but much darker and thicker along with buildup that I’m going to clean soon...
So my question, is that oily substance supposed to be there?

Normal. It's just oil from the breather system.
