Re: Mk2 gti suspension help!!
Are you sure of the offest? Try swapping the wheels from side to side.
If its still the same, then you have either an issue with the suspension (different camber settings) or you have an issue with the fenders.

Yup. If you just put that suspension on, I can almost guarantee that your alignment is wacky. Start there.
But as Shawn mentioned, too many times I've seen Mk2s have funky looking things just because the fenders have been off a few times in their life and never back on in their original position.
Sorry to go off topic, but Shawn, you gonna be at Bonelli? Looking for someone to help me (read:teach me) corner balance my car. Just got coilovers, and would like it to be setup as close as I can get it for a DD. Might be some beer in it, lol
I drive crap. Expensive crap...

Re: Mk2 gti suspension help!!
It could also be that alot of times the rear beams on these cars aren't the exact same length on each side. They can be off by a few mm and it would never be noticable until you shove the wheels way out to the edges of the fender.

Im not sure who you bought your wheels from, but Ive known someone who has purchased wheels of of ebay and received wheels where one of them had a wonky offset. Not matching the others.
