    call up the manuf. of the strobe and ask them about the balance. To my knowledge, you won't be able to get it 100% right...

    one idea is to hold up a white piece of paper where the subject will be, shoot a picture, then set a "custom" white balance to that frame.

    When I'm shooting raw, I use a whibal card that I got here.

    It's a pretty handy little thing and you can set the white balance in the photos with a couple of clicks in Adobe Camera RAW.
