Anyone in the San Diego willing to program a new key for 2003 mkiv gti????

I have a new cut key, new top half transponder (never been programmed) and remote that needs to be programmed and matched to my 03' mkiv gti.

Please let me know if you can help me out! Don't have much money but will compensate you.
